ProxiLaw can help you form a corporation in any of the 50 states. Below is our 3-step incorporation process:

Step 1: Complete the Incorporation Questionnaire.

Simply complete a short questionnaire indicating your client's preferences. Our incorporation process was created by experienced business attorneys, so your client may choose between forming a new corporation or incorporating an existing business. In addition, our incorporation process includes options for advanced provisions, such as provisions limiting the liability of directors.

Step 2: ProxiLaw Creates and Files the Charter Documents.

ProxiLaw's experienced legal document assistants will review your information for consistency and completeness. We then prepare your client's incorporation documents and submit the Articles of Incorporation for filing with the Secretary of State, in as fast as one business day. ProxiLaw even includes customized bylaws and organizational minutes, and we can help your client obtain their tax identification number.

Step 3: You Receive Your Client's Documents and Final Instructions.

Once the Articles of Incorporation have been filed, we will forward the completed legal documents to you. You may also include a corporate kit which contains a corporate seal and customized stock certificates. Finally, we will prepare a cover letter for your signature, instructing your client on the final steps required to complete the incorporation. We can even print this cover letter on your firm letterhead.
