Step 1: Complete the LLC Questionnaire.
Simply fill out a short questionnaire indicating your client's preferences. Our LLC formation process was created by experienced business attorneys, so your client may choose between forming a new LLC or converting an existing proprietorship or partnership. In addition, our LLC formation process includes options for advanced provisions, such as restriction on transfer provisions.
Step 2: ProxiLaw Prepares and Files the Organizational Documentation.
ProxiLaw's experienced legal document assistants will review your information for consistency and completeness. We then prepare your client's formation documents and submit the Articles of Organization for filing with the Secretary of State, in as fast as one business day. ProxiLaw will even create a customized Operating Agreement, and we can help your client obtain their tax identification number.
Step 3: You Receive Your Client's Documents and Final Instructions.
Once the Articles of Organization have been filed, we will forward the completed legal documents to you. You may also include an LLC kit which contains a company seal and customized membership certificates. Finally, we will prepare a cover letter for your signature, instructing your client on the final steps required to complete the organization. We can even print this cover letter on your firm letterhead.
