Step 1: Complete the Nonprofit Incorporation Questionnaire.
Simply complete a short questionnaire indicating your client's preferences.
Step 2: ProxiLaw Creates and Files the Organizational Documents.
ProxiLaw's experienced legal document assistants will review your client’s information for consistency and completeness. We then prepare your client’s custom organizational documents and file the Articles of Incorporation with the Secretary of State. As an optional service, we can also prepare a 501(c)(3) application.
Step 3: You Receive Your Client's Documents and Final Instructions.
Once the Articles of Incorporation have been filed, we’ll forward the completed legal documents to you. Finally, we’ll prepare a cover letter on your firm’s stationary, instructing your client on the final steps required to complete his or her nonprofit incorporation.
